• Preparation of detailed drydock specification from shipboard records with consideration for Class requirements, Charterer/Owner requirements, industry requirements and ship maintenance needs.
• Our specification is written in such a way to help shipyard provide definite cost for over 90% of all jobs submitted.
• Complete a detailed tender process and ensuring a favourable term is negotiated with various vendors and shipyards before placing orders.
• Liaise with client’s technical team and vessel to ensure all spares are ordered stored and available prior to commencement of dry-dock.
• Managing and controlling the entire dry-dock process.
• Providing regular project update and reports throughout the dry-dock project
